Q: What do I need to take on the flight?

A: We advise you bring a hat, sunscreen, towel, bathers, sunglasses, camera, bottled water, and comfortable walking shoes. We observe baggage restrictions to 10kg per passenger.

 

Q: Can I take photographs from the air? 

A: Yes, and every passenger has a window seat.

 

Q: Can I purchase a gift certificate?

A: Yes, and our vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months.

 

Q: Will Kimberley Aviation pick me up from my hotel and drop me off after the flight?

A: Yes, we offer transfers to and from your accommodation in Broome.

 

Q: Do I have to pay for the flight when I book?

A: Yes, Kimberley Aviation charges your credit card in full at the time of booking.

 

Q: What happens if the weather deteriorates?

A: Flights are occasionally cancelled due to inclement weather. Kimberley Aviation will make every effort to accommodate you with a later flight or a flight on another day. If bad weather persists, and your flight cannot be rescheduled, you will be eligible for a full refund.

 

Q: Do I need to reconfirm the flight?

A: Yes, please telephone Kimberley Aviation at least 24 hours before departure.

 

Q: What are your rates for child passengers?

A: Child prices apply for children 3 - 12 years of age. Children up to 2 years of age fly free of charge and sit on your lap with an approved lap sash seat belt.
